The Jetstar Gold Coast Titans Wheelchair Rugby Team has capped a successful season with a bronze medal in the 2009 National League Finals.

Competing against the best wheelchair rugby players from around the country, the Titans overcame the Victorian Coloplast Thunder to claim a bronze medal in the Finals which were held at the Boondall Entertainment Centre, Brisbane recently.

The New South Wales Gladiators claimed the gold medal with the South Australian Sharks winning silver.

The Titans had further reason to celebrate with Titan Adam Galle being named Best New Talent of the 2009 Season and teammates Ryan Scott and Cameron Carr selected in the 2009 Season All Star Four.

The partnership between the Jetstar Gold Coast Titans and the Wheelchair Rugby Team will continue during seasons 2010 and 2011.

The team was known as the Queensland Crocs but were provided with funding and uniforms this season to come under the Jetstar Gold Coast Titans banner.
