How do I apply for a membership?
2013 Gold Coast Titans membership can be purchased two ways:
1. Online – visit www.titans.com.au and follow the prompts
2. Fill in a new member Application Form and send to the Membership Department
The new member Application Form is included in the 2013 Gold Coast Titans Membership Brochure.
You will require a valid email address to purchase online. A help service for online questions is available to members by contacting the Membership Department on (07) 5656 5656.
How do I arrange to sit with my friends that are already members?
If members wish to sit together, but pay separately for their seats they can request a seating link. New members wishing to sit together must return their forms to the Membership Department stapled together.
How do I apply for disabled seating?
Members with a disability requiring consideration for special needs seating should include their specific seating requirements with their Application Form (Step 8). This should include the need for wheelchair seating and if required, a carer seat located adjacent to the person with the disability. Limited disabled parking is available. Can I order paper tickets to access the venue instead of a membership card?
Yes. Paper tickets can be ordered on the Application Form (Step 6) and will be issued instead of a plastic member card. Members can order a set of season paper tickets for a fee of $4.95 per seat.
Can I order a gift certificate?
Yes. We understand that memberships are often a present and that the membership package may not arrive in time for that special occasion. If a gift certificate is required, please contact the Membership Department on 07 5656 5656 to request a gift certificate.
NB: Please note gift certificates are not valid for entry to the venue.
How can I pay for my membership?
The following forms of payment are accepted:
Credit cards: VISA, Mastercard and AMEX.
NB: All credit card charges will appear on your statement as a payment to Gold Coast Titans Football Operations Pty Ltd. Customers using Amex will incur an additional processing fee charged direct to the member.
Bank, personal and company cheques and money orders:Please make cheques or money orders payable to GOLD COAST TITANS. All members paying by this method must write their full name and contact number on the back of cheque or money order. Please see Terms and Conditions with regards to cheque payments.
Debit cards: Debit credit cards are accepted where they are backed by VISA or Mastercard. No other debit cards are accepted.
Partial payment: By ticking the partial payment option you will be charged according to the dates set out in the enclosed partial payment application form. This facility is provided by Debit Success
Direct Debit: Direct Debit payments are accepted – please check the box where indicated in Step 7 and submit your application form to the listed address and the Membership Department will contact you to arrange payment
Cash: Cash payments are accepted. Cash can only be paid at the Titans Centre of Excellence – 2 Promethean Way Robina or at the Official Titans Merchandise Store, located at Pacific Fair. Forms listing cash as the form of payment will not be accepted unless the cash is paid at the time the form is submitted.
How will I know if my membership application has been received?
Customers who purchase online to become 2013 members will receive an email confirmation of their application. Customers without an email address need to contact the Membership Department on 07 5656 5656 for confirmation.
When will my seat be allocated and my payment taken?
If paying by Credit Card, Bank, Personal/Company Cheque or Money Order the payment will be banked immediately upon receipt. Direct Debit and Cash payments will also be taken immediately on receipt. New members seat allocation will commence after the renewing members have been finalised. Seat allocation will be to the stipulated timetable. Any discrepancy between requested order payment amount and what is ultimately allocated will be dealt with at time of seat allocation.
Seating Allocation Order
Seat allocation will be completed in the following order:
1. Renewing members who are renewing the same seat as 2012
2. Renewing members who have requested to relocate/add/upgrade their current membership
3. 2013 new members (from November 2012)
When will I receive my membership card and pack?
2013 member applications received prior to Friday 29th November 2012 will receive their membership card and merchandise voucher prior to Christmas. New member applications received after this time will be mailed in the New Year.

New member applications lodged after Friday 1 March 2013 and prior to the first home game will be processed and members will need to collect their membership cards (if time has allowed for production) or paper tickets from the ‘Titans Ticket Collects’ window at Gate B at Skilled Park to gain venue access.
Is my membership transferable?
All ticketed membership packages are transferrable. If a member is unable to attend a home game the membership may be given to a friend/relative for use. Please be aware that entry to the stadium will be subject to the category of the membership (e.g. an adult will not be admitted with a junior membership pass).
How do I replace my membership card if it is lost or stolen?
You will need to contact the Membership Department to arrange a replacement card on 07 5656 5656. The barcode on the original card will be cancelled and a new card will be issued. If there are sufficient games remaining in the season a replacement card will be supplied, alternately paper tickets will be supplied. A fee of $20.00 applies for the replacement of each lost/stolen card.
How do I get to home games?
Members travelling to and from Gold Coast Titans home games at Skilled Park can show their member card tickets to access FREE public transport on all Queensland Rail event trains and Surfside event buses. For all transport enquiries call Translink on 13 12 30 or visit the transport page on our website. To get to the game by taxi call Gold Coast Cabs – Official Sponsor of the Gold Coast Titans - on 131 008.
Who do I contact if I have a question about my membership?
The Membership Department on (07) 5656 5656. The hotline is open from 9.00am until 5.00 pm on business days. The hotline is closed on weekends and public holidays.
For ticketing queries on game day, members will need to go to the ‘Titans Ticket Collect’ window at Gate B at Skilled Park after gates open.
What is a Personal Seat Right?
A Personal Seat Right (PSR) gives the holder the right to a seat at Skilled Park for life^ at all Gold Coast Titans regular season NRL Home Games.
^The term life and lifetime refers to the period for which the Gold Coast Titans are granted a license to compete in the National Rugby League competition and have a home venue at which to play. For more information and terms and conditions on the PSR please click here
