How will I know if my corporate hospitality application has been received?
You will be contacted by a member of our Corporate Hospitality Department once your application has been received. They will inform you if your application is successful in securing your preferred corporate hospitality package.

I am interested in sponsorship opportunities for the 2013 season, how do I apply or who do I contact?
Please contact Chris 'Choppy' Close, Ebony Hately or Jodie Williams from the iSelect Gold Coast Titans Sponsorship Department on 07 5656 5650. Individual packages are tailored to your business needs.
When will exact match dates and times be confirmed?
The first 20 rounds of the Premiership have been scheduled in advance of the season. Please click here to view the 2013 draw.
How can I pay for my corporate hospitality package?
The following forms of payment are accepted:
Credit Cards: VISA, Mastercard or Amex payments are accepted.
NB: 3.21% for Amex or 1% if using Visa or Mastercard apply for all transactions.
Bank, personal and company cheques & money orders: Should be made out to Gold Coast Titans Pty Ltd. All members paying by this method must write their full name and phone number on the back of the cheque or money order
Cash: Sorry but no cash payments are accepted NB: Eftpos is not an accepted payment method
Titans Flexible Funding Plan: Contact the iSelect Gold Coast Titans Corporate Hospitality Department for more details on a monthly direct debit facility to pay off your corporate entertainment.
When does my corporate hospitality package have to be paid by?
Once your Corporate Hospitality Application has been approved, a minimum 20% deposit is required to secure your 2013 package, with the remaining 80% balance due January 31, 2013, unless taking part in the funding plan. All casual and one-off purchases are required to have a full payment at time of booking.
Are food and beverages included in the price of my corporate hospitality package?
Palladium Club and Chairman’s Club membership pricing includes all food and a 4 hour premium beverage package.
Corporate Boxes and Suites are priced for the hirer cost of the facility only, food and beverages are an additional charge with the Stadium Caterers and is paid directly to them.
The Legend's Club includes 1 hour of beverages and a pre-game meal at the Titans Centre of Excellence. Additional beverages from Skilled Park are available for purchase from the member on arrival.
How do I organise food and beverages for my Corporate Suite or Box?
All catering options are to be ordered through Michael O'Brien Catering Pty Ltd. Your details will be passed on to them and they will contact you directly to organise your catering needs prior to game day.
How do my guests and I access the venue?
Corporate Suite and Box holders will be issued with a booklet with perforated paper tickets for each home game. Palladium and Chairman's Club members will receive a membership card or if preferred paper tickets can be arranged to gain access to Skilled Park.
If I leave my membership card at home can I still access the venue?
Yes. The member will need to visit the Titans window at Gate B of Skilled Park and present photo identification. Verification will be made with the Corporate Staff then a one-off replacement ticket will be issued for the card for this game only. The member card will still remain valid for all other games in the season. A fee will be charged for the replacement card if lost. If you are aware of the missing card before game day, please contact Kendal Jones on (07) 5656 5650 or firstname.lastname@example.org to reissue your replacement tickets.
If I leave my corporate box paper tickets at home can I still access the venue?
Yes. The member will need to visit the Titans window at Gate B of Skilled Park and present photo identification; however the guest will need to know which ticket needs to be replaced as seats are numbered individually for the facility. Cancelling the wrong ticket will present a problem for the person who has the cancelled ticket when they arrive at the gate. It is a good idea for host a keep a list of which guests have been allocated which ticket.
Can I order paper tickets to access the venue instead of a corporate membership card?
Yes. Paper tickets can be ordered on the application form and will be issued instead of a plastic member card.
How do I apply for seating for the disabled?
Members with a disability requiring consideration in regard to special needs seating, should include their specific seating requirements with their application form. This should include the need for wheelchair seating and if required, a carer seat located adjacent to the person with the disability. Limited disabled parking is available. Are children allowed into the corporate areas?
Children under the age of 18 are permitted in corporate areas but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. The child must also hold their own corporate ticket. No extra tickets will be issued so a child can attend a corporate area.
Do the corporate areas have a dress code?
A strict dress code of 'business casual' applies to all corporate areas. Guests are expected to wear long pants, covered shoes and a collared shirt or approved iSelect Titans apparel (jerseys and polo shirts). Guests wearing shorts, singlets or thongs will NOT be admitted to the corporate area.
How do I purchase extra home game tickets?
Extra home game tickets must be purchased through Ticketek. To purchase, please click on the 'tickets' tab on our website and follow the links or call Ticketek on 132 849. We cannot guarantee that one off home game tickets will be available near the member's usual seat(s). If you would like to purchase additional Chairman’s or Legend's Club tickets, please contact the Corporate Hospitality Department on (07) 5656 5650
Does my corporate hospitality ticket give me access to public transport?
Corporate hospitality package holders and guests commuting to and from iSelect Titans home game at Skilled Park can show their member card or paper ticket to access free public transport on all Queensland Rail event trains and Surfside event buses. For all transport enquiries call Translink on 13 12 30 or visit www.transinfo.qld.gov.au
Is there parking available at the stadium?
Parking at Skilled Park is extremely limited. Unfortunately no on-site parking is available unless previously arranged. Each Palladium Club Membership, Corporate Suite and Corporate Box will receive one Eastern Carpark pass per membership or facility.
Are there limousine and taxi facilities available at Skilled Park?
There are drop-off and pick-up points for taxis and limousines at Skilled Park. For more information please visit www.skilledpark.com.au
When will my Corporate Suite, Box or seat be allocated?
The allocation of Corporate Suites, Boxes and seats will be done on a next available basis once your application is successful and full payment has been processed.
Are my Palladium, Chairman's or Legend's Club membership transferable?
Yes, for the 2013 season the membership is transferable. If a member is unable to attend a match the membership may be given to another guest to use.
How do I replace my paper tickets or membership card if it/they are lost stolen?
You will need to contact the iSelect Gold Coast Titans Corporate Hospitality Department to arrange a replacement card or tickets on 07 5656 5650. The barcode of the original card/ticket will be cancelled and new card/tickets will be issued. If there are sufficient games remaining in the season a replacement membership card will be supplied, alternatively paper tickets will be supplied. A fee of $20.00 applies for the replacement of each lost/stolen membership card. A fee also applies for the replacement of each lost/stolen paper ticket.
