The Titans have assembled great depth in the forwards this season and after impressing in the weekend's opening trial against the Warriors, Mark Ioane hopes to challenge for a regular position.
"Fighting for positions here is a lot harder than usual, we have a lot of good props here and a lot of good forwards," said Ioane.
Ioane who joined from Canberra in the off-season is settling in nicely on the Gold Coast and will continue working hard in search of a breakthrough.
"As long as I keep performing surely I will get a shot later in the season, but for now I'm just doing my best at training and on-field and working on the little things to improve."
