iSelect Gold Coast Titans forward Ryan James has declared himself fitter than ever before as looks to make further inroads in the NRL in 2013.
Country of a pre-season regime focussing on endurance running under new strength and conditioning coach Dan Ferris, James has stripped close to 10kg off his hulking frame.
James says the positive results aren’t just restricted to his own experience, with the entire Titans camp benefitting from a tough but enjoyable pre-season.
After enduring the tough and arduous road to recovery from a torn ACL last season, James says his confidence has returned as he sets his sights on becoming a 60 minute player.
Titans TV caught up with James to discuss his pre-season so far.
