Rankin heads back to PBC

iSelect Titans playmaker Jordan Rankin today returned to where it all began when he visited his old school, Palm Beach-Currumbin, alongside teammate David Mead.

Rankin, who has been named in a 25-man squad for Saturday night's trial match against the Brisbane Broncos, returned to his old stomping ground to give a talk to students about the importance of staying in school and preparing for life after football.

The 21-year-old knows all too well the position some of the budding young stars are currently in, having been plucked from high school to make his NRL debut for the Titans at the age of 16 back in 2008.

The former student said it wouldn't be too long until the school produced it's next group of NRL stars.
