There was mixed news from the judiciary hearing in Sydney tonight with forwards Tom Kingston and Beau Falloon challenging the gradings of their dangerous throw charges.

They were involved in the same tackle on Bulldogs five-eighth Josh Reynolds in the first half of Sunday's victory over the Bulldogs at Cbus Super Stadium. Both were charged with grade two dangerous throws and headed to the judiciary to challenge gthe gradings.

Falloon was successful in having his charge downgraded to a grade one, which means he will not miss any matches in 2015.

However Kingston was found guilty of the grade two charge, the panel obviously believing he was the main aggressor in the tackle, and he has been suspended for three matches.

Yesterday Dave Taylor accepted his grade two dangerous contact (head slam) charge and was suspended for one match.
