Titans forward leader Nate Myles says new players, new surroundings at The Southport School, new coaches and the toughest start to pre-season the side has encountered all adds up to a new attitude.

The Queensland State of Origin and Test forward has returned to training in great shape after shoulder surgery but admits the first few days of training have been very tough and everyone has no doubt better performance and effort is expected as they prepare for seasonb 2015.

He said several new players have added enthusiasm and everyone in the squad are on notice that changes are afoot and the younger players have to step up with the influential senior players having moved on.
