Some might say that being the CEO of an NRL club is sure to cause sleepless nights.

But Graham Annesley knows if that was the case he is still better off than many in the community who have no bed to sleep in at all.

So he was more than happy last night to sleep rough at Cbus Super Stadium as part of the national Vinnies CEO Sleep Out.

Titans chair Rebecca Frizelle, representing James Frizelles automotive group, Gold Coast Bulletin editor Cath Webber and 2018 Commonwealth Games CEO Mark Peters were among the 100 bosses who slept rough but raised almost $400,000 for the cause.

The CEOs were supplied with cardboard to sleep on and soup and bread to eat, with doors closing at 10pm to ensure no one escaped to the comfort of their cars.

Graham reached his goal of $5000 which will go to Vinnies’ special cause to help the homeless.

But you can donate more and contribute to this amazing need which is Australia wide.

Just go to the link on your screen and help the boss sleep even better at night knowing his no-star accommodation effort was worth it.
