Selena Tranter has won a World Cup for Australia in rugby sevens but she knows her first league Origin clash at Cbus Super Stadium on Saturday will be as tough as any match she has played.

The Miami HR officer will play in the front row for the Queensland Maroons side that is trying to continue a 17-year unbeaten run against NSW.

The game will be played before the Titans-Eels clash on Saturday, starting at 3pm.

"For someone who has been around for a while, I'm really nervous," Selena said of her first Origin game in league.

She has played in a rugby sevens World Cup final victory with Blues captain and Jillaroo Ruan Sims.
