Titans CEO Graham Annesley has told media that the club's new High Performance Facility at Parkwood will be officially opened on November 29.
Annesley told media that NRL CEO Todd Greenberg, ARL Chairman John Grant and City of Gold Coast Mayor Tom Tate will all be in attendance when the Titans $25 million centre is officially opened at Parkwood International.
Annesley believes his club's new base at Parkwood International will be the difference between attracting marquee players to the NRL club and missing their signatures.
The Titans returned to pre-season training on Thursday at their new base, which includes altitude chambers, hydrotherapy baths, a three-lane pool, gymnasium to go along with the administration block, dedicated training field and medical facilities next door.
"If the offers are relatively equal, then things like this can make a big difference," Annesley said.
"If you brought a player to have a look at our facilities last year, and you bring that same player back this year, it's chalk and cheese."
The base will also be the club's first full-time home since the end of the 2014 NRL season.
Since then, they have trained at a number of venues while sharing facilities with Queensland Cup team the Burleigh Bears.

But Annesley has indicated the move has almost been worth the wait.
"We've now got the best facilities in the game - if not the best facilities in sport in Australia," he said.
"I've looked at other facilities that other clubs have in my previous role at the NRL.
"Penrith have got a brilliant facility ... but even some of the facilities that they have in Penrith don't include some of the facilities that we have here."
The move represents a significant change in fortune for the Titans in recent years.
While 21 months ago, they were placed into voluntary administration, they have filled their apparel sponsorship for 2017 and reached 80 per cent of membership budget.
They've also recovered from the Daly Cherry-Evans backflip to recruit the likes of Konrad Hurrell, Nathan Peats, Kevin Proctor and Jarryd Hayne.

And it's for that reason prop Ryan James believes the club can press for a top-four spot for the first time since 2010.

"With the people we have (we can)," he said.
"Kevvie's got 200-odd games and a couple of international games and Kane Elgey coming back off his knee injury.
"He trained against us last year and almost scored a try and set up a couple, so it's great to see him start to gain some confidence."
