Aquis Gold Coast Titans Coach Neil Henry has today spoken with the media ahead of the match against the Manly Sea-Eagles at Cbus Super Stadium tomorrow at 5.30pm.

Whilst Henry has lost Ryan Simpkins (knee) and Dan Sarginson (shoulder)to injury, it is been a relatively stable week for his side with a full week of training being done by all available players.

One player who was under an injury cloud early in the week was centre Jarryd Hayne but the coach has been happy with his week at training.

“Jarryd came through ok,” Henry said. We’ve had three sessions this week and he’s participated in all of them so he is right to go.

“He’s held his own (at centre. Tyrone Roberts has been handling the fullback role well so it’s all going ok at the moment.”

The Sea-Eagles are coming off a loss to the Broncos last week and have also lost fullback Tom Trobojevic for an extended period but Henry knows it will be a competitive match.

“Trobojevic has been great for them and it is obviously a blow. Manly are a solid defensive side and they had a tough game last week. Matt Wright goes to fullback and he is a seasoned player.

“We’ve got a home game against a competitive side and I think it will be a cracker of  game.”
