WEEK 1 - The Week That Was

Week one of pre-season training is now complete with the playing group fully aware that the holiday is over.

Head Coach Garth Brennan, Head of Performance Hayden Knowles and Strength Coach Scott Campbell wasted no time letting the group know who was in charge with a gruelling range of tests and meetings to start proceedings.

With a minor break to get together with staff for a Melbourne Cup function, followed by a much needed rest day, the squad hit the training field for the first time on Thursday morning. The dreaded ‘yo-yo’ test was done, before a skills session took place.

Friday was spent on the field and in the gym, with all of the players leaving training looking forward to a rest over the weekend.
