Member Car Park Terms and Conditions /

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY TO PRIPARK CAR PARK AT CBUS SUPER STADIUM
 

1. Titans Rugby League LTD ABN 14604 380 092 (“Titans”) is the manager and operator of this car park for all Gold Coast Titans home games and by entering or  parking in the car park you agree to the following conditions:

2. Titans may refuse entry to this car park to any vehicle or person.

3. Your entry into and use of this car park is at your own risk and includes personal belongings left in vehicles. You will be responsible for damages caused to any property or person by your vehicle or your entry into or use of the car park and for any damages caused to your vehicle.

4. Titans does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to any vehicle or other property in the car park. Titans does not accept any liability for any injury or death to you or any person whilst in the car park.

5. You agree to fully release Titans from, and fully indemnify Titans against, all claims and liability to any person and any expenses Titans incurs or may incur in respect of any personal injury, death, theft, loss, or damage arising from your entry into and use of the car park.

6. Titans may enter, drive, or move any vehicle in the car park by towing or otherwise at any time if required by law or reasonably necessary for safety or operational purposes. Titans accepts no liability whatsoever for any damages to or loss of any vehicle requiring moving within or removal from the car park.

7. Titans may search and inspect your vehicle on entry to, whilst parked in, and on exit from the car park for any reason including, without limitation, safety, and security reasons.

8. You agree to:

a) Obey all lawful directions given by Titans and all signage displayed in and around the car park.

b) Access the car park only during the hours the car park is open.

c) Park your vehicle only where directed by the car park controller.

d) Not obstruct the entry, exit and general movement of any other vehicle; and

e) Not to park in any places designed as no-parking or reserved areas

9. These conditions apply to the exclusion of all others, except for consumer guarantees which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and any non-excludable rights under consumer protection laws. In any conditions are illegal or unenforceable, they may be severed from the remainder of the conditions which will remain valid.

10. Titans excludes all implied conditions and warranties under any statue except any implied conditions or warranty which cannot be excluded by law.

11. These conditions may be altered or varied from time to time from Titans.

12. References in these conditions to Titans refers to Titans Rugby League ABN 14604 380 092 and its employees, agents, PriPark, and contractors.
