iSelect Titans utility forward Paul Carter was unsuccessful at the NRL judiciary this evening when he contested the grade one careless high tackle charge, meaning he will miss the round nine clash with South Sydney at Cbus Super Stadium.

Carter has accumulated 153 points, 51 carry-over from a previous charge this season and 112 after being found guilty of the new charge.

His case was heard via video link between Robina and the judiciary room in Sydney.
