The iSelect Titans will dispute the grading of the NRL judiciary charge and take the case to the judiciary panel tomorrow night.

The club and Bird feel he has a valid case to have the charge, which carries 630 demerit points, downgraded. Bird was yesterday handed a grade three dangerous throw charge by the NRL's video review panel for a tackle on South Sydney's Bryson Harrison at Cbus Super Stadium last Saturday night.

Here what coach John Cartwright had to say to the media today about the club's decision.
