iSelect coach John Cartwright is considering the rare move of having an outside back on his interchange bench with James Roberts included in the 19-man squad announced today to play Melbourne Storm at Cbus Super Stadium on Monday.

There are several options within the 19 which includes prop Caleb Binge, who is yet to make his NRL debut but has been in good form for Tweed Seagulls, and Mark Ioane who has done a fine job in his two NRL appearances this season.

Beau Falloon returns from a back injury and has been chosen as starting hooker with Matt Srama on the bench and Paul Carter in the second row.

“There are a couple of scenarios there and we’ll see how the week pans out,” said Cartwright.

“All 19 are in the mix, we’ll see which way we go, whether to go with a three-way front row rotation or use an outside back. We have a long turnaround and it’s good recognition to some guys in the squad, it shows they’re getting close.”
