The iSelect Titans are delighted to have two of our contracted players - Tom Kingston and Kalifa Faifai Loa - chosen in the Qld Residents team to play in the Origin III curtain-raiser against NSW Residents at Suncorp Stadium next Wednesday night.

The pair have been in outstanding form for the Tweed Heads Seagulls this season. Fai fai Loa had two appearances with the Titans in the NRL while Kingston has been close to gaining selection to make his NRL debut.

There were the only two of the Titans players who have been playing well in the Intrust Super Cup to make the Queensland side, along with Burleigh Heads' in-form fullback Henare Wells.

Kingston suffered a hip flexor injury early in the Seagulls' 10th successive victory on Sunday, against Redcliffe, but is confident of being fit for the clash. The 26-year-old Tweed junior has put himself in the selection spotlight in recent weeks and is in contention for the Titans team for Monday's clash with South Sydney.

Faifai Loa, originally from Wellington in New Zealand, has been in magnificent form and is excited to make his Australian representative debut. He willl start on the wing while Kingston has been chosen on the bench.

Tweed's utility back Jamal Fogarty must have been unlucky to miss out on the squad after a string of dominant performances this season.
