iSelect Titans co-captain Nate Myles says the team had a confronting video session today and wasn't hiding from what lies ahead from team.

"There was a bit of honesty in regard to us as a playing group but it is going to be pointless unless we go out and perform better," he said of this morning's video review.

"It is a good thing to be brutally honest with each other and it's the way we have to be."
