Steve Michaels will make his first appearance for the season in the Titans side after being a shock late inclusion against the Warriors today.

Coach Neil Henry decided to play Michaels, usually a centre or winger, as an interchange forward off the bench instead of Maurice Blair.

With Luke Bailey out with a neck injury there has been a few switches among the remaining 17. Brad Takairangi will start in the second row and his place at left centre is taken by David Mead, who is returning from a hamstring  injury.

Mark Minichiello moves forward to the front row for Bailey. Paul Carter drops to the bench, swapping with Cody Nelson and Michaels comes on to the bench.

The Warriors are 1-17, with no changes.
