The Gold Coast Titans board, at its regular monthly meeting today, received a presentation from independent review consultant Dr Dave Arthur.
The extensive report considered all aspects of the business including management practices and specific departmental functions including finance, sales, marketing, operations, media and football. It also considered planning, human resources and performance management across the organisation.
In compiling the report Dr Arthur utilised the following methodology:
• internal face to face interviews
• external interviews
• member forums
• on-line surveys
• internal submissions;
• external submissions;
• internal documentation including all 2014 board papers
The process encompassed a large cross section of staff, players, management, members, sponsors and other stakeholders.
The board today deferred any decisions in relation to specific recommendations so they could fully consider the findings and discuss next steps with Titans personnel before any public release of the information.
As such, there will be no further comment until this process has been completed.
