Recruit from the Broncos, David Hala, is looking forward to his first full pre-season for several years so he is is top shape to make an impact at his new club.
The 24-year-old prop holds the record for the biggest bench-press in the Broncos history but he wants to better know for his football achieements rather than a gym feat.
