Coach of the Gold Training under-20s, Ben Woolf, is hopeful to have several players return from injury for Saturday’s clash with the Canberra Raiders at GIO Stadium.

He has selected back-rower Anthony Colman, who had been sidelined for three games with a knee injury, on the bench for the clash alongside Nathan Watts who has been sidelined with a rib injury.

Jed Cartwright, who was a late drop-out of the side that played the Warriors in round eight, looks set to return in the centres. All these players face fitness tests on Wednesday evening.

Prop Oshea Tuiasau, also a late withdrawal for the clash in Auckland, could be out for a further fortnight.

The Titans had hoped Zac Spring, who found he had a hematoma on his spleen, saw a specialist today and has to delay his return to the field. Daniel Schwass, who has been in good form in the halves, is also sidelined.
