Aquis Titans skipper Nate Myles celebrates his 200th NRL appearance on Sunday. He sat down with Titans TV and reflected on his career - from his move as a 16-year-old to the Bulldogs.

In this first part of an extended interview he talks about being told that the law of averages were that only one of the seven youngsters, who were cast into a Bulldogs' run home away from home, only one would make it to first grade.

Three ended up being internationals. Find out who they were.

Part II tomorrow.
