The Aquis Titans NRL squad today crossed the border to Casuarina on the Tweed Coast where they will be based for one day a week during the pre-season.
Casuarina Recreation Club and Surfing Australia's High Performance Centre were very accommodating in providing first class facilities.
It was hot and it was tough but the boys ripped in with purpose. Titans TV was there to capture some of the training action.
