Aquis Titans' Paul Broughton Medal and Ken Stephen Medal winner Luke Douglas returned to the main training group this week after three weeks in the rehab group after having minor toe surgery.

Despite a slower than desired start to pre-season training, 'Dougie' can certainly atest to the busiest off-season he could have imagined - two major awards, as brief honeymoon, special guest on grand final day, surgery and some time back home in Yamba.

He talks to Titans TV.
