Aquis Titans prop David Hala had a scan on his injured elbow last week and it showed a ruptured ligament that will sideline him for an estimated six weeks, which means he will be sidelined until probably round 12.

Tyrone Roberts’ knee rehabilitation is progressing well but he will miss this weekend’s clash with the Sharks. He hopes to return the following weekend against the Dragons but could be sidelined for a further game.

Karl Lawton, in his first year with the NRL squad after coming through the Gold Training under-20s, made a successful comeback from a groin injury in his first game of the season for Tweed Seagulls on Sunday. He played 70 minutes at five-eighth.

Fullback William Zillman also got through the Seagulls match with no complications, playing the entire 80 minutes in only his second game since a back injury sidelined him in round 10 last season.
