After taking an early 4-0 lead, the Titans were put under their first bit of pressure with the Eels going on the attack in the 11th minute.
David Mead and Chris McQueen produced a try-saving tackle on the Eels barnstorming winger Bureta Faramo to stop a certain try.
McQueen made the initial tackle to hold up the 101kg winger before Mead slid in to enure the ball couldn't be grounded.
Following the error, the Titans went the length of the field to post their second try through Anthony Don which layied the platform to go on and take the match 34-14.
