They may be two of the toughest players of rugby league that leave everything on the field but Greg Bird and Paul Gallen are also great mates off the field.

Bird and Gallen played together for Cronulla for six seasons and have both been key features of the New South Wales Blues Origin squad over the past ten years.

Bird Returning from a one-match suspension will be ready to rip into his former club. As a senior member of the Titans team, Bird often gets the sets rolling and is always a solid and reliable defender with an attacking arsenal up his sleeve.

Gallen is the leader in the Sharks forward pack and commands the ball to lay the platform for the Sharks attack through his hit-ups. Gallen will be looking to guide the Sharks to their maiden premiership as they sit atop the competition table.
