The Aquis Gold Coast Titans will kickoff season 2017 at Cbus Stadium, against the Sydney Roosters on Saturday, 4 March.
The full draw will be announced tomorrow morning but we can reveal that our first home match of 2017 will be a Round One blockbuster agianst one of the most successful clubs in the NRL, the Sydney Roosters.
The Roosters will boast an improved lineup in 2017 from the side than went down 26-6 to the Titans at CBus in Round Ten this year.
Off-season additions Luke Keary, Michael Gordon and former Titan Paul Carter all expected to feature alongside the likes of Kangaroos representatives Blake Ferguson, Jake Friend, Boyd Cordner and rising stars Jared Waerea-Hargreaves, Dylan Napa, Latrell Mitchell and of course Mitchell Pearce in the opening round of the 2017 season.
With the Titans now boatsing some of the biggest names in the game icnluding Jarryd Hayne, Konrad Hurrell, Ryan James, Ash Taylor and Kevin Proctor, the opening match of 2017 is already shaping up as a blockbuster.
