The Queensland Rugby League has announced the Queensland State of Origin Emerging Under 20 Squad for 2017.

Former Queensland Maroon Justin Hodges has come onto the staff and will join Kurt Wrigley in guiding the players during the camp next month.

The players will train at Griffith University and QSAC from January 19 to January 22.

A number of the selected players have already had a taste of the representative arena, having represented Queensland in the Under 20 interstate match against New South Wales in July, including this year's skipper Jaydn Su’A.

The Broncos forward and emerging Melbourne Storm half Brodie Croft have also made the step up to the NRL, making their debuts this season.
