Forward Zeb Taia has today spoken about the idea behind his decision to shave his head as part of the 'World's Greatest Shave' where he is looking to raise $14,000 to go towards Cad's Cause and the Leukaemia Foundation.
Taia will have his head shaved in Round 3 of the playing season and is looking for alll members and fans to get behind him in order to reach his goal.
"It's going to come off," he said. It's good that I can put the funds towards the Leukaemia Foundation and Cad's Cause.
"I was drawn to Neil Cadigan's story last year and it's a very sad story hearing what him, his son and his mate went through.
"I knew the hair would come off one day so it's good that I can do it for a good cause."
