The New Zealand Warriors may have been playing in the NRL for 12 years longer than the AQUIS Gold Coast Titans, however their win, loss ratio:

NEW ZEALAND WARRIORS have played 514 matches since joining the NRL in 1995 with a winning ratio of 46.98%

GOLD COAST TITANS admitted to the premiership in 2007 have contested 249 matches winning ratio of 44.09%

Heading into this weekend clash, both teams start with 1 win from their opening 4 encounters of the 2017 campaign.


The AQUIS Gold Coast Titans and New Zealand Warriors have contested NRL matches on 20 occasions over Ten years with the Warriors claiming the Premiership points 13 times.



After losing their opening two encounters against the Warriors, the AQUIS Gold Coast Titans went on a 6-game winning streak against their Trans-Tasman rivals including a quarter final encounter contested in front of a near capacity crowd on the Gold Coast.

After spending 6 seasons at the on the Gold Coast Titans, Nathan Friend spent three seasons in New Zealand with the Warriors playing 86 games before returning to finish his impressive NRL career on the Gold Coast as Co-Captain of the Titans as they surged into the 2016 finals.

A Gold Coast Titans NYC graduate, Bodene Thompson made 49 first grade appearances for the Titans over 4 seasons. Currently playing across the ditch, Bodene is a mainstay of the Warriors forward pack.

Konrad Hurrell arrived on the Gold Coast in 2016 after spending five years in the Warriors system, the former Tongan representative playing 71 matches before making a mid-season transfer to the Gold Coast where he has become an instant star on and off the field.


The New Zealand Warriors return to CBUS Super Stadium to play the AQUIS Gold Coast Titans on Saturday the 10th of June.
