Titans back rower Kevin Proctor has today spoken about the disappointment in his error six weeks ago that lead to a four week suspension and the loss of his co-captaincy.
Proctor returned to the side last Friday night, scoring a try, making 11 runs and 28 tackles.
"I was like a little kid out there," Proctor said. "I just couldn't wait to get back on to the field.
"I know I've let a lot of people down and I need to earn that respect back. I made a mistake and I just want to try and put that behind me and move forward."
