Centre Dale Copley has revealed he is now more comfortable as part of the Titans side and consistency in having the same men around him has helped that over the past few weeks of football.

Copley made his club debut in Round 4 and since then has had a number of different players either side of him but a little bit of consistency in team selections over the past month has helped him settle in.

“I feel we’re going in the right direction,” Copley said. “It was a bit chaotic for a period there with injuries and everyone moving around but I feel it’s settled a bit in the last few weeks.”

The 25-year-old is looking forward to the challenge against the Sharks at Cbus Super Stadium on Saturday night and believes the Origin representatives will return in good spirits.

“It’s a little disruptive when they’re not here but if they are in the side then it usually means they are playing well.

“Either way the result goes I think those guys come back with a positive attitude.”

The new recruit and the rest of the team know the equation for the side to make the finals and believes the approach is simple.

“We’ve put ourselves in this position but if play well, get a bit of luck, have a good run with injuries, the confidence will grow and we’ll be a chance.”
