The Round 19 ‘Try of the Year’ nomination goes to, Joe Greenwood.
Greenwood was the man to put the ball down but it was some spectacular lead up work that brought about the try.
It started with halfback Ash Taylor who put in a grubber down the short-side. After a deflection, Taylor regathered the ball, scooping it up to the newly re-signed Nathan Peats. Peats threw a speculator out the back and Tyrone Roberts then threw the pass of the game to Leivaha Pulu. The ball then got turned back on the inside to Dale Copley who then got a one-handed offload to Greenwood who crashed over to score.
