Titans captain Ryan James has today spoken of how difficult the week has been with the amount of outside commentary but admits the side have knuckled down when it has come to training.

The Titans travel to Sydney today ahead of a clash with the Dragons at UOW Junilee Oval tomorrow afternoon. Coach Neil Henry stated that Ash Taylor was not a certain starter but the halfback would be given up until the day of the game to prove his fitness. In good news, back rower Kevin Proctor is a confirmed starter after overcoming a hamstring injury that has kept him out of action for the past two weeks.

"We need to go out there and be better individually this week," James said. "Wednesday was a pretty good run for the guys and we need to be better."

"It starts with the playing group. We're over it now (last week) but we've got a big task ahead of us against the Dragons."
