He made his NRL debut back in Round 16 and whilst to many outsiders there may not be much to gain on Saturday for the Titans, it's players like Jamal Fogarty who see it as a good opportunity.
Fogarty received a late call-up to make his debut against the West Tigers and will this week wear the number 14 jersey against the second-placed Sydney Roosters at Allianz Stadium in what will be his second match at the top level.
"It's good to get another opportunity," Fogarty said. "I've done a lot of training the last few weeks so hopefully I can slip right in."
Fogarty only arrived mid-way through season 2017 but has adjusted to the systems and structures quite quickly.
"My role hasn't changed since I came in. Training has been similar throughout.
"It's been a rollercoaster this year. I moved to Sydney and it just wasn't for me. I've come back and been lucky enough to be given an opportunity.
"I think I've matured this year. I see a lot more than what just happens on the field which has helped."
