Titans back rower Leivaha Pulu will run out for his final match in Titans colours this Saturday when his side takes on the Roosters.

Pulu debuted for the club in Round 1 of season 2016 and will depart the club at season's end, after inking a three-year deal to play for the New Zealand Warriors. The opportunity to head home and be surrounded by family was something that the 27-year-old found hard to knock back.

"I'm going to be a bit sad," Pulu said. "I debuted here but I'm moving on to bigger and better things hopefully.

"Mum and dad are getting on and it'll be good for my kids to grow up around their cousins. We've got a third child on the way as well so it'll be good to be surrounded by family."

The Auckland-born Pulu will line-up in the unusual position of centre in his final game, a position he hasn't played since high school.

"It's been a while. Hopefully I can swap a bit with KP (Proctor), if he needs a breather.

"It'll be different. It's a lot different in regards to decision making, it's making the call whether you need to shoot in or not and just reading the play."

The Titans take on the Roosters at Allianz Stadium on Saturday afternoon from 3pm. All the action LIVE on FOX League from 2.30pm.
