Members of the 2018 playing squad are doing some great work behind the scenes and none more so than with the Salvation Army.

Back rower Kevin Proctor is continuing his work but last week Max King, John Olive and Tony Matautia all attended the Graduation Night at the Salvation Army Rehabilitation and Detox Unit in Eagleby Heights last week.

The Salvation Army are a great charity organisation and what they do at this facility for men and woman with alcohol and drug addictions is an eye-opener. All of the residents have really hit rock bottom and the Salvos are there for people in their hour of need.

Joe Greenwood and Aj Brimson have also been attending weekly and assisting where they can, acting as mentors for the residents and helping them on their quest to being better members of society.
