A host of stars on both sides of the field will take part in the Titans v Warriors trial on the Sunshine Coast tomorrow afternoon at 5pm.
Head Coach spoke to the media this morning and is excited about seeing his side in action.
Halfback Ash Taylor, hooker Nathan Peats, new recruit Michael Gordon, centre Konrad Hurrell and former Panther Mitch Rein will all take to the field for the first time.
For the Warriors, Roger Tuivasa-Sheck, Shaun Johnson and Adam Blair will all take to the field, as well as former Titan Leivaha Pulu.
“I’m looking forward to the guys playing that weren’t out there last week,” Brennan said. “Seeing the new recruits gel with the guys that they will play alongside in round one.
“The conditions will make the ball slippery but hopefully we’ll control the ball a bit better.”
For the Sunshine Coast locals, there is no reason to not be at the stadium, even with the wet weather.
“It’s not often this calibre of players are up here on the Sunshine Coast and I’m sure all the boys will head out there and rip in.”
When asked if the score mattered tomorrow night….
“For me it’s the effort that matters. I want them to work on the structures we’ve worked on through the pre-season with a focus on effort and performance.
