Hurrell to play game 100 against Dragons

TFH Gold Coast Titans centre Konrad Hurrell will play 100th NRL game when the Titans take on the Dragons at Toowoomba Sports Ground, this Sunday.

The 26-year-old made his debut for the Warriors in Round 1 of season 2012 and went on to play 71 matches for the club before switching to the Titans in mid-2016, where he has made 28 appearances.

Coach Garth Brennan welcomes back halfback Ash Taylor who missed last week’s match due to a hamstring concern whilst Will Matthews is expected to play after leaving the field with a cork (quadriceps) last Saturday. The side will be boosted with the return of Origin prop Jarrod Wallace who has missed the first two matches due to suspension.

The match on Sunday will be an historic moment for Toowoomba with the city to host its first official NRL fixture. Tickets are still available with fans encouraged to pre-purchase via titans.com.au/ticket.
