GALLERY: State of Mind workshop
Titans centre Dale Copley last night spoke at the NRL State of Mind workshop that was held at Burleigh Leagues Club. Mental illness doesn’t discriminate. In Australia, 1 in 2 people are affected by mental illness, and at the crisis end, suicide is the largest killer of individuals aged 15 – 44. It’s Australia’s single biggest health issue and, as Australia’s biggest sporting community, we can and should play a pivotal role in improving the outcomes for those affected.
Gold Coast Titans proudly acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we are situated, the Kombumerri families of the Yugambeh Language Region. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging, and recognise their continuing connections to the lands, waters and their extended communities throughout South East Queensland.
