Week five of the pre-season is now complete with more kilometres in the legs, more strength built in the gym and the minds of the group have been working harder than ever with the coaching staff testing each individual.
After a four days 'on the tools' last week, each and every player bounced into training, appreciating the life they live and the opportunity they have been given.
Monday and Tuesday saw conditioning, skills and gym work as the priority, before a Wednesday session in Currumbin left the group knowing full well that they were professional rugby league players.
Wednesday also saw a team photo get taken and a number of players attended a studio in Mermaid Beach to do a number of marketing and promotional shoots.
Thursday and Friday was spent at the High Performance Centre with Head of Physical Performance, Dan Ferris, working the group hard and pushing them to their limits.
