Brimson and Wallace return for trip north

The Gold Coast Titans welcome the return of Alexander Brimson and Jarrod Wallace for the clash with the North Queensland Cowboys in Townsville on Friday night.

Brimson (broken thumb) has been named on the interchange bench and is set to play his first game since Round 5.

Prop forward Jarrod Wallace has been named in his favoured position after spending the last two weeks sidelined due to suspension for a shoulder charge. With the inclusion of Wallace, Moeaki Fotuaika moves back to the interchange bench.

In other team news, Phillip Sami will start on the left wing, replacing Dale Copley (quad/hip flexor), who will miss the next 1-2 weeks due to injury. Back-rower Keegan Hipgrave has been named in the 17 after missing the past fortnight with a back injury, with Jai Whitbread and Jack Stockwell moving onto the extended squad list.
