Arrow to be sidelined for significant period

Gold Coast lock forward Jai Arrow this morning underwent scans after suffering a left ankle injury during last night’s match against the New Zealand Warriors.

The Burleigh junior left the field late in the first half and did not return.

Scan results confirmed significant ankle ligament damage with the 23-year-old to seek the advice of a surgeon on Monday.

Arrow is likely to be sidelined anywhere from 6 – 12 weeks.
