The Gold Coast Titans will welcome back captain, Kevin Proctor to the side for Sunday’s clash against the high-flying Penrith Panthers at Cbus Super Stadium.

Proctor’s 246 games of experience will be a timely boost for a Titans pack ready to go toe to toe against the big and mobile Panthers forward pack.

Proctor will be joined by the experienced Dale Copley, who will be making his return in the centres for this weekend’s game. Proctor (biceps) and Copley (syndesmosis) follow the return of Brian Kelly and Phillip Sami last week and have the Titans looking closer to full strength.

The addition of Copley in the centres sees Sami move back to the wing and recent debutant Treymain Spry make way after a couple of strong performances early in his fledgling career.

In the forward pack, Proctor’s return is sure to add some starch to a pack which has been led by Jai Arrow and Moeaki Fotuaika in recent weeks. Another of the Titans recent debutants, Beau Fermor, moves out of the extended squad as a result of the captain’s return.

The remainder of the side remains unchanged and is sure to present some intriguing matchups with the Panthers, who currently sit atop of the NRL Premiership Ladder.

With crowds once again being welcomed back to Cbus Super Stadium, it is shaping up as a highly entertaining afternoon of football.
