The last time the Gold Coast Titans met the Brisbane Broncos was back in Round 7 of 2020, up the road at Suncorp Stadium.

Ash Taylor opened up the scoreboard just six minutes in with Sam Lisone following suit and Anthony Don scoring a double in the first half, bringing the score to 22 – 0 at halftime.

Te’o and Farnworth lifted the Broncos to 12 points however the Titans were too strong with Phillip Sami scoring in the left corner just prior to the final buzzer. Titans win 30 – 12.

What will Saturday’s next instalment of the local derby hold. Only time will tell.
