"This year my goal is just to put on the jersey, play a game.
That is the simple goal of Jojo Fifita in his first year as a Titan.
He is the second Fifita name to join the Titans squad for season 2021 and Jojo is slowly working his way into the squad as he recovers from a shoulder reconstruction.
"I had a mini tear on my labrum, so they had to tighten that up. Fifita said.
"I just started doing running, it's my second week now.
"Just getting more and more (running) in and I can feel it in the legs already.
The younger Fifita, who celebrated his 18th birthday last week, knows he has time on his side.
"It is going to be a long process, but I am only young so I have got time
"I have got to be 90-95% strength wise before I can do full contact.
Jojo isn't the only Fifita to join the Titans for season 2021, which is sure to add some extra coverage, but he is no direct relative to David.
