At his final press conference before Saturday's round six clash against Manly in Mudgee, Titans Coach Justin Holbrook was asked if these were the games that the Club needs to win if they are to play finals.

"As a coach I plan on winning every game, I honestly do," Holbrook said.

"We prepare the best we can and train the best we can and then it comes down to the 80 minutes and we've got to perform.

"The more games we win early in the year, the better position we put ourselves in."

The battle of the fullbacks will be superb, with both being State of Origin representatives.

For the Titans, the coach dismissed any concerns that AJ Brimson was carrying a groin injury into the game.

"He'll (Brimson) play, the physios have told me he is going to play," he said.

"It was just a matter of, like every side, you get niggles and I didn't want him to be at his best on Wednesday and then be sore, I'd rather him get himself right because (gameday) is what counts best for us.

"He's a very important part of our team and he's been getting better and we need him to."

Tom Trbojevic returns for Manly to play his first game of 2021 and will be a welcome boost for the Sea Eagles.

"For us it is similar to last year, he (Trbojevic) hadn't played for a while and he came back in the game against us last year so we've got to do a good job like we did last year again.

"He's without doubt going to give them a huge lift ... he'll be a huge boost for the rest of their team so we've got to make sure we do a good job."

The Titans are coming off a 42 points to 16 win against Newcastle in round five and Holbrook says he's keen for his team to build on their entertaining style of play.

"We want everyone to come to the games and be excited to watch our team play," Holbrook said.

"We want to keep building momentum and keep getting people excited to watch the Titans here on the Gold Coast so that's our job and what we want to pride ourselves on."

The Titans return to Cbus Super Stadium to play in front of the Gold Coast crowd in round seven with a blockbuster Friday night game against the South Sydney Rabbitohs.
